I’m sorry you left feeling like this. I don’t think this is a fair reflection of most employees’ experience at Graphcore. In our employee survey in December 2021, 87% said they would recommend working at Graphcore and while we know there is always more we can do, we have an active diversity & inclusion programme and many female managers, including two female members of the executive board. We do listen to and reflect on all feedback, including the rough stuff and wish you well in the future.
