Extremely positive Environment. The way how employees are treated irrespective of their designation needs to be a benchmark for other "edtech startups" that disrespect employees at every corner. Grazing Minds heavily invests in Employee welfare, creating an environment where an employee feels that they are working for their "Own" venture and this feeling makes an employee perform at their best daily. An excellent place to learn something new each day!

Having a global presence with one central leadership, sometimes things move a little slowly and I believe this is the case with every global organisation where they sometimes lose the agility wrt to change and implementing things
