1) You cannot grow after a certain level 2) Favoritism (Not based on your work) (You will not get recognized if you are not the manager's Favourite) 3) Few hidden HR's policies will bite you after a year or so (HR has its own ego.) 4) Non-technical managers whose jobs are just to take do meetings with the team with no outcomes - Unworthy TLs (Mature but Zero skills) 5) They will not fire you but will ruin your review so you have no choice but leave (Managers will try to decrease your review and then blame it on HR and vice versa) 6) Grazitti Family becomes hoax after a year, they just want you to work 24*7 and want to make you feel guilty for not working in off-hours 7) Micro managed company (Managers wants to check your all work, why do you have team leads then?) (Managers will steal your ideas and won't even give you credit) 8) Money is more important for them than your career
