      A paycheck would be considered a pro I suppose, and salons are typically busy. Clientele can be awesome and tip well.

      They push haircuts to be done in 13 minutes. They offer at flat rate of pay, they want you to be productive but don't want to compensate you for your productivity.

      Since each salon is independently owned and operated, franchisees may use a number of different factors to determine stylist's total compensation.       Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
