      Customers are wonderful. Sales bonus aren't bad. Productivity is ok, IF we are busy enough to get it

      Loyalty means NOTHING! I was hired in certain specific days, certain specific times. To take the place of an employee going on maternity leave.6 years later, w/o any write ups or reprimands. Very few call outs, (mostly due to family deaths), my hours have been drastically cut. 5-10 hrs a week. With no explanation.

      We appreciate your feedback. Because each salon is independently owned and operated, your franchisee would be the best person to address your concerns. Please contact them directly regarding any issues with employment.
