      Lots of walk in clientele potential, ok hourly pay and tips. Good salon for somebody starting out because you have the opportunity to learn and get experience, while its great for the seasoned stylist to hone skills and pick up new ones too. No color services/color corrections.

      Svantaggi

      Hourly pay could be higher for the amount of clients you have to cut.

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
