      the manager is a very rude demanding control freak that show her employees no respect at all, I have also been in the industry for 26 years and unfortunately have just had my 7th surgery on my feet. the different schedule every week causes some problems at times as well

      Sorry to read about your frustration with your manager. Each location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee who would be the person best able to address your concerns.       Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
