Great company to work for in my opinion. I have been in manufacturing for decades now and this is the first company I have worked for that treats each employee with respect. Employees matter here. Great teamwork and an amazing leadership team.

Very much about heavy manufacturing, so it's hard work Trailer business is slow in general, so the future is iffy
