The president runs his company like an overbearing dictatorship. If you are not liked by him, you more than likely will not receive praise, sufficient salary increase, or your work valued. The office environment is based on favoritism and sexism. There is no structure or consistency in their decision making. During my last two years of employment, there was a significant turn over rate. Many great employees left due to the negative changes and the professionalism is non-existent.
