      Boss is lax about arriving on time and the food is free and boss is flexible with hours and thats it.

      Svantaggi

      Boss wants things done his way even if another is clearly better. Often gives less than a day notice on new hours. Many responsibilities not enough pay. Found myself working alone for several hours on busy days.
