It's been so great getting to experience these changes first-hand and watch our company grow in such a positive direction. Starting with the company was a bit rocky in the beginning, and there wasn't a sense of inclusion until later on - "clicky" - but that has improved with time. These "cons" are things that have changed drastically in the more recent months, so I have confidence it will continue in the right direction.
