Teaches unethical sales tactics, such as “assume the sale” which means sell and invoice products that the customer does not request. Quietly advocates progressive price increases as a way of revenue generation. Absolutely does not place a high value on customer retention, instead anticipates customer attrition and focuses on constantly replacing customers that object to such sales tactics. Sales commissions are reversed when an account is 90 days delinquent, regardless if the salesperson is actively involved in collections or not. These “commission chargebacks” are never returned to the salesperson, regardless if the delinquency is resolved or not. This sum averages hundreds of $$ each year. This is a highly competitive industry, and Green Guard as an institution is constantly being outperformed by its competitors.

Green Guard is the place where you develop your skills and create your contacts that are going to carry you thru the rest of your life. There are sales jobs, were Zig Ziegler would have been fired in first thirty days due to lack of production. Whole Life Insurance and Copier sales come to mind. Very few could make that work and doesn't mean there not right for sales. Green Guard thru there structured education programs, help develop employees skills at a slower pace by balance out cold calling and relationship selling which is vital in every buisness. Most people that leave go on to be very successful in life at there next job.

Summer's are hot and winters are cold. You won't get rich and sometimes they focus more on paperwork than sales. But it's competitive wage and I saved a lot of money not devaluing my assets.

Appreciate the comments, we do focus on the balance of sales and customer service. As you know, this is a sales role and for those that are good at selling and customer service this position can be a great fit.
