Green Guard thru there structured education programs, help develop employees skills at a slower pace by balance out cold calling and relationship selling which is vital in every buisness. Most people that leave go on to be very successful in life at there next job.

Summer's are hot and winters are cold. You won't get rich and sometimes they focus more on paperwork than sales. But it's competitive wage and I saved a lot of money not devaluing my assets.
