Phil Green is one of the most impressive people I know and did a great job of creating a great environment through the people he hired.

Working for GPTech when it was a young startup was challenging. This isn't necessarily a "con" but I think those not accustomed to working for a startup might find it difficult to navigate new tasks for which there is no standard process. Likely many more processes put in place since I left, though!
