      Good managers and structure. Pay is not bad. Ability to earn overtime weekly. Very good cheap benefits.

      Hard-work. Can be tiring. Not much room to advance but that's normal for driving jobs.

      management all over the place, mainly relying on cameras instead of actually hiring more management to be at sites instead of having one assistant manager who was hired for that specific site to be running around 5 different counties, like come on now
