Too much into Micromanagement & partiality . I would not blame the whole organization for this but some of the officials with whom I was connected, because the starting few months were good & learning was great but as I got transferred to other team I was told to unlearn whatever I had learned as they do not liked the way other team was working. Politics & Partiality with there old employees is so much that they are not interested in listening to problems of new employees. Sarcasm is 1 more tool of working.
