GreenVolts is in an emerging marketplace, has a compelling technology, and an outstanding leadership team. The staff is very diverse, talented, and "real". Your emotional IQ, competency and common sense are more important to us than your degree(s) or where you graduated from.

You must be able to successfully navigate through the chaos associated with being in a growing start-up; you'll fail otherwise. We look for people who are not only great at what they do from a core competency standpoint, but also have a high sense ownership, accountability and integrity. The communication style of this company is very direct. We encourage each other to respectfully question decisions we do not agree with; our philosophy is we do not have to agree but at the end of the day we must all be aligned. We create internal tension by design and see it as essential to our success. Open communication is not a buzzword in this company; sweeping issues under the carpet may get you fired.
