Greencap ‘pigeon holes’ it’s employees making advancement extremely difficult. Current Employees would be better to quit and then return 12mths later to secure a promotion. Remuneration is at the lower end of the market. Do not expect to be paid for experience. Tertiary degrees are favoured above all else. The growing number of graduates among Greencap ranks displays an alarming reduction in long standing experienced staff leaving many a graduate without satisfactory supervision. Ultimately Greencaps service offering is suffering as a consequence.
