They give us free lunch every Wednesday and my coworkers are fun. There is definitely an early college/just-left-highschool demographic. Some people are in college, and others think they don't need college :)

The team leads sometimes play favorites and talk with other call center agents. The agents know this and happily leave to talk with team leads during high-volume call times which puts more stress on those of us who actually work.

There are no pros for the company.

They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
