They proved statements of promised and guarantee that they do bot honor and are not able to do. I borught this up and now I am getting weekly write ups with false allegations in retaliation because I opened my mouth.

There are no pros for the company.

They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
