Great teamwork. Staff really care about each patient and work hard!

Pay hasn’t keep up with market

-Pay, but we don’t get paid enough, we all should be getting paid at least $20 for the work we do. -benefits are good. -Coworkers, but everyone is talking about quitting.

-Rules change constantly, at some point it seems like you need to ask “what changed today” when you come on shift. -Nurses don’t want to work with you for patients while they gossip and twiddle their thumbs. -Very understaffed considering the situation the patients are in aka some cases of psychosis. -Seems like the company is just in it for the money, doesn’t care about staff nor patients, only about getting more patients admitted. -favoritism in department
