Some people with the word 'manager' in their title like to look down at people they perceive to be 'below' them. Not always enough support on big projects.

I have been working here for years and will recommend Greenlight as a Great place to work, as it provides a very friendly environment, senior management is very supportive and approachable, lots of learning opportunities are given and you will have a lot of career progression opportunities. Senior management is always ready for move improvement in any areas needed and is regularly getting feedback from staff through surveys.

I can not think of any thing bad about Greenlight. But as at any other work place, there are times when things can get busy and a bit stressful, there are times when individuals can behave in a difficult way, there are times when some individuals are more involved into politics then work, but if your senior management is helpful and supportive you go through that difficult time. And it all depends on yourself that how you deal with these situations.
