* There are people at this company who really want it to succeed and produce a great product. * Pay was decent (but not earth shattering - for the amount of work) * Company has lots of potential because it makes its own API and diluent for injections * New'ish CEO (Rick - Americas) seems to want change for the better. * Domestic and International mergers give this company a global platform for products. * It can only get better.

*Small town mentality where wrong doers have friends that stick up for them. . . * HR is small in size and lax on really doing their job (Axing wrong doers) for fear of losing their own. . . * Some but not all department managers (Not supervisors) will leave work 2-3 hours early on most days. * Lack of oversight of said department managers. . . * Its terrible when management bleeds a company (Like what this company has been through in the pass - research embezzlement) * Not enough staff (Middle management) to make sure all departments are running smooth and above board. . .
