While entry time is strictly enforced, exit time depends entirely on task completion, often leading to extended working hours. Employees are sometimes expected to work overnight and on weekends without proper planning. There is also a strong regional bias. The frequent use of the local language (Telugu) in the workplace makes it difficult for non-local or North Indian employees to communicate and collaborate effectively. In some cases, local employees appear to receive preferential treatment from managers. Overall, this is not an ideal place for long-term career growth due to the work culture and lack of inclusivity.
