It's a job that could possibly turn to career. It's a daycare for adults. If one person does something wrong they change the rules to punish everyone. Learn the job and keep your head low and your mouth shut and you'll be perfect.

Two short breaks in a 12 hour shift, the company doesn't really care about the employees, only the profit. The company has more chiefs than Indians and punishes everyone for the mistakes of a few. Pay should be better. There is no sick time and if 3 people take off on 1 shift then you can't or you'll get reprimanded and it goes on your record and can keep you from promotion, no matter if your just tired or extremely sick on deaths doorstep. They don't care. Doctors advice or notes do not matter. Keep it real and treat the employees like they matter.
