      As a store manager for Grocery Outlet I consider my experience at Grocery outlet is a Huge step back in may Career I regret it. *no training, no system in place, lack of communication, bad investment, horrible district managers that lack common sense, disrespectful, unhealthy work environment

      We are glad you enjoyed the classes in CA. We are working hard to align our east and west operations since the aquisition. We are updating our headquarters and adding support resources. We do appreciate the feedback and hope you find a career that suits your path better.

      Employee will get good snacks

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
