      Nice customers. Price of most of their food is good. They have great deals. Store is clean and well lit.

      Management and Owners are unfair and unjust. This company feels like being in high school again with all the clicks. Managers favor employees who have worked there longer than I have. I was also suspended without pay because an employee who has worked there longer than me accused me of doing something I didn't do, management had no proof and it was only my word against hers and apparently they took her word over mine.

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
