      The culture is so great and they really mean it when they say it. Every intern I worked with loved their boss and I did, too. As an intern they want you to thoroughly learn so they work with you, are flexibile with deadlines, and teach you everything you need to know! Miss it. The internship is also a whole program in itself so it prepares you for the real world.

      Can't think of any cons to be honest. Maybe just that the warehouse can get hot in the summer if you go there

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
