      Horrible management, no job security (I saw more than ten people get laid off a tiny team in the 2 years I was there), extremely hostile/volatile founder who does not respect professional boundaries, extreme culture of fear and competition, zero impact, organization lacks intent for genuine impact and is driven more by founder’s ego, expectation to work out of scope, lack of respect for professional expertise, so much more…
