      The Executives along with management truly care about their employees. Everyone knows you by name, and will always greet you. It's not a company where you're a little fish in a big sea. It's a very positive environment. I would describe the culture as results oriented, but still fun. We like to see eachother and the company succeed. It's a great time to work at Dekko, there are new acquisitions every year and the company is only continuing to grow. Major job stability here.

      The only con I can think of is that there is no Dekko store. I wish I had the option to buy clothing or Dekko water bottles, etc.
