Freedom to explore and make your own decisions on the web platform. Instead of giving you a fixed set of tasks, the employer will discuss with you ideas, and let you decide how you would like to build new features for the platform. Great potential to really learn and pickup new skills for development (e.g. React with Redux, Express, Node, PostgreSQL), and also Azure (for deployment, and also invoking Azure Media Services). Interns are fun people to be around, and most are capable and also responsible due to the selective hiring by the company.
