      Unclear about Company's vision. A lot of projects on top of daily tasks makes it difficult to manage. Lack of sufficient change management. Strategic decisions are made but the implementation process does not follow, which results in unclear roles and responsibilities among other things

      Better benefits than most American companies, but not enough to make up for the compensation and lack of advancement.

      No growth opportunities, pay is not at market rates. Most employees are miserable. HR talks a big game about advancement/opportunities but in reality there are none. This company is not honest to it's employees.
