There were some nice people in my onboarding class

This was the worst experience of my professional life and it isn’t even close. Trainers give conflicting instructions/advice and trainees are not given the tools to succeed. They have classes constantly running with 30+ people in each. The reason for this is that 1-2 people are remaining after the first month.

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
