Vantaggi

Groups genuinely cares about serving an underserved population of people. One of my biggest drivers for staying here for so many years has been the mission and culture. There are many senior leadership, including c-suite, that are in recovery and speak about it openely which is real and refreshing. I do believe this is a company filled with a lot of compassionate, empathetic, individuals who want to make a difference.

Svantaggi

Technology can be a real barrier and frustration point in the day to day member facing work which I know is being prioritized. Groups has made it clear that there would be more thoughtful change and implementation in the new year. I recognize that the political and financial landscape is evoloving quickly (sadly) and organizations are being forced to shift in order to stay afloat and continue to be able to provide care. I believe there can be a happy medium here.

Vantaggi

I work in operations, and I can honestly say I love working here. Is it a growing company? Absolutely. Has it had change and some hard moments? Yes. But I’ve never felt like those moments defined Groups What I’ve seen, especially over the last year, is a company that’s learning, adjusting, and genuinely trying to get better. From an ops perspective, I’ve felt valued. We’re not just the team that executes behind the scenes. Our input is asked for, and more importantly, it’s used. There’s strong cross-functional collaboration, and when things get complicated, people roll up their sleeves instead of passing blame. That kind of ownership and teamwork is something I don’t take for granted. The mission is real here. You feel it in conversations. You see it in how much people care about members and families. Even when the work is heavy, there’s a shared sense of purpose that keeps people grounded. I’ve also seen growth in communication, alignment, and clarity of expectations. It’s not a stagnant company (it’s evolving to always be better for the members we support) and I actually see that as a positive. There’s momentum. There’s accountability. And there are smart, thoughtful people who care deeply about doing this work well. No workplace is perfect, but I’ve felt supported, challenged in a good way, and proud of what we’re building. That’s why I’m still here, and am invested in the mission and growth of GRT.

Svantaggi

Honestly, I would love to see mid year raises as well as annual merit raises
