Very few bad apples at director level Engineering ruined the Growthday for everyone leading to layoffs, thankfully they were fired before it got bad but the impact led to a lot of other layoffs as well.

* Empathetic mission to improve the lives of the customers. * Amazing people on the team.

* There are no rewards or recognition for going above and beyond. * Leadership lacks clarity and focus around top goals, creating confusion amongst the team. * Highly competitive internal dynamics that can become toxic. * There have been too many layoffs in recent years to consider this a stable place to work.
