      Thanks for your review! Yes, the assessments used to be more before, but now we have improved the hiring process and brought it down to 1-2 assessments at the most.

      It is an excellent place for getting work experience while building expertise. You get to work and interact directly with the founder who always provides new insights and even walks you through on how to solve a problem if you get stuck.

      The team, currently, being small means you might have to handle project aspects that aren't exactly in your expertise but related to it. For example, as a graphic designer, you might have to delve into building a content flow and UX of the website.
