Grunau is a great place to work and has a long-standing reputation in the community. Employees pride themselves on the quality of service to our customers. We obtained a new President in Sept 2015 who cares about the company and its people. Employee morale has skyrocketed; sales are strong, and we have a good backlog of work. Lots of employee perks ranging from fruit in the lunchroom to decent health insurance and genuinely good people to work with.

Every company ends up hiring a "bad apple" or two so if the person doesn't quit on their own, they are either coached to be a better employee or eventually need to be let go. Grunau uses an interview process to see if they'd fit into the Grunau culture so there are less "bad apples" than other companies.
