That, unfortunately, does mean that we need to make organizational changes every so often. Very friendly environment. Great culture and lots of learning opportunities for someone starting out in the industry.

Don't stay here. They micromanage a lot and then scold you for your performance that they meticulously pushed for. Training is pretty terrible. You will not feel valued unless you go into sales. Change positions or leave after 3 years.
