      Incompetence can get you pretty far so long as you get chummy with the right people, this leads to a lot of incompetent people at the top, at least locally

      There is no tolerance for trying to make improvements and increase efficiency. Management is focused too much on short-term profits rather than quality products and longevity.

      Very friendly environment. Great culture and lots of learning opportunities for someone starting out in the industry.

      Don't stay here. They micromanage a lot and then scold you for your performance that they meticulously pushed for. Training is pretty terrible. You will not feel valued unless you go into sales. Change positions or leave after 3 years.
