There is a lot for the starters to learn in this firm, they work with a lot of local clients and all of them have a quite extensive variety of requirements from support to projects.

For the ones that have more experience this company could be a bit of a headache, HR has a LOT of space for improvements and the salary starts well but for sure it does not follow inflation and discussions about that are normally senseless.

Great opportunity to make networking with other companies. It is a Medium size company with branches in several countries and divided in several Business Units.

Weak HR policies, there is not intention to retain employees through better compensations and benefits, training or a proper contract. It needs to grow in terms of career planning.
