      There are many people so the negatives should only apply to some

      There is a complete lack of ethics at this firm. Fraudulent activity runs high. Securities fraud, lack of supervision, management has questionable ethics. Churning at this firm is a major concern as is management's code of ethics. Until the law and regulatory agencies puts an end to their corruption, stay away from this firm. Until the general agents hold on management is broken, stay away. The only area that has been buffered is the investments group, but they are being outsourced.

      Flexibility, excellent work life balance, casual environment, easy to use PTO. Benefits: health, dental, STD/ACC, vision, 401k are excellent

      Pay is much below the standard for the position, raises and bonuses are minimal and hardly reflect the effort that is required to maintain positive metrics/meet goals. Case managers' responsibility is at a max and we often feel overwhelmed by the workload and expectations of management. Case managers are often responsible for tasks outside of the important things that have an effect of the claim
