IT team is dominated by business teams indirectly within a year difference they terminated 8 IT person and for each of them without any notice and instantly in an hour. They provide performance bonus of previous year in April ( 4 months later ) In this 4 month maximum time they terminate employees and also they don't give bonus who resigned and get terminated in these 4 months. They don't follow same rules for every notice period employee, for someone they cut the benefits for someone they don't
