      First and foremost: PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE. The atmosphere here is super nice, everybody's welcoming and approachable, and you always get a helping hand if you need one. Guardicore takes the employees with their plans, requests, and work-life balances seriously. The managers are attentive and sometimes brilliant. The research department (of which I am a part) is cutting-edge and really interesting. The working conditions are great - both IT wise and just in general stuff like WTH, food, Happy Hours, social events etc.

      Startup vibes means that everyone has more tasks to perform than possible. This is OK and you're not meant to reach 100% of your goals here, but the over-capacity can be rough sometimes. The location is not the best of the best.
