TOXIC - steer clear - Recensione dipendente - Merchandising presso Gucci

Where do I start? Growth is very slow, HR is basically useless, the entire merchandising dept thinks way too highly of themselves because they work for Gucci. The pay is atrocious. Only promotions that happen is to senior leadership but all they do during the work day is scroll on their phones on instagram (cough cough VP of mens..) , everything becomes "urgent" and is treated like life or death, there's absolutely no communication across departments so information is withheld or left out. All around toxic, stay away!!!
