It used to have an amazing culture, full of fun, smart, competent people, with the will to make things happen. Very fast paced, with new challenges all the time. A very good place for engineers to experiment new things and a great learning environment, with all edge tech available.

After the former CTO left the company, culture in the company as a whole started changing a lot and engineering became completely leaderless. A lot of people who were there from the early days stopped believing in management and left, so from there the company just changed a lot.

One of the hottest startups in Brazil, with intelligent and talented people, and with exciting technical challenges.

At the time, the code base was a little messy, but a refactoring was going on. The development process was being remodeled, Scrum was being adopted, but things were a bit confusing and disordered in the meantime. I guess they are in a much better position now.
