The culture was great, all of the employees seemed to get along well and management was great to work for.

A few projects were a little slower than I would have liked, but no more so than any other job

The company is in an exciting time right now as it looks to expand and grow by creating brand awareness, offering more IT services to its' customers and bringing in top talent to drive the company's business goals and objectives. The company has a great culture and leadership really takes pride in taking care of their people.

Need to continue establishing and improving on current processes and procedures in order to support future growth. Lack of brand recognition may keep the company from being top of mind in the technology space but can be fixed with more marketing efforts.
