If there is an lag in adopting the process- we do provide special attention to such employees & monitor consistent for better improvisation. The termination happens after several training's -process with prior notice & we've records for the same. Guires offers 1) Good number of training and self-study tools. 2)Rewarding Employees-Encourages people to get certified. 3)Better increment, appraisal in comparison with competitors.
