Entire Operations team -lacks knowledge and skills to manage -chaotic from day 1 -poorly run -entry level techs knew more than the senior Ops mgr/ROM -"Store visits" a waste, they didn't care about techs at all never provided feedback or guidance. -both ladies were anti tech and anti doc Area Tech commited insurance fraud No room for advancement
