We have a track record of listening to our employees and taking actionable steps to address their feedback on improving, so please also feel free to use these forums. I will bring your concerns to the Executive Leadership Team to ensure we address what you have raised. Regarding some additional points you've mentioned, I'd like to clarify a few things. Regarding pay raises, we operate as a high-performance company and base compensation adjustments on individual performance. We consistently provide above-average raises that are benchmarked against industry standards, and this information is communicated transparently to our employees annually. Additionally, we have consistently provided full bonuses, even in cases where we haven't met all our goals. Furthermore, we have a dedicated program (Career Navigator) focused on the growth and development of our entire team, including a training allowance for each individual. We also offer targeted training sessions yearly to support our company's growth trajectory. Please speak with your manager or People Partner if you have not participated. These programs and how we care for our people drive our high eNPS score (63) and attrition rates (95). While our pulse checks show our teams are highly engaged, there is always room for improvement, which we address. Thank you again for your feedback.
