There are places where if you come in a minute late, you get death stares. That is the opposite here. You have a good grace period and if you have things to do you can leave earlier. 5. Work hard and play hard mentality, we work really hard and then when the time comes to party oh boy its something else. 6. The owners are gems, kind-hearted and support you through tough times. They inspire you to do great things and lift you up when you are down. 7. The pay is one of the best in the IT world and when you compare it to other companies who do the same thing it outshines them by a lot. 8. They foster an environment where you look forward to coming into the office and miss it when you are away. 9. The dress code is casual :)
